During City's run in the ECWC in 1969-70, with the final to be held in Vienna, some cultured sort came up with a chant to the tune of Johann Strauss's The Blue Danube with the line 'Man-chester City, City, City' repeated. Unfortunately it was a shit chant and thankfully died a death after the final.
