Names have been given to the police , one was daubed all over Huyton shortly after. Another was a lad from Wigan but i guess they need more than just names. They know the 2 guns used , but until they find them they will have no solid case.

The police clearly know who this oxygen stealing **** is.
What is more damning of Liverpool and the wider society, the need to be motivated by £200k to spill the beans on somebody who shot a little girl in cold blood in her own home.
Anyone who knows anything doesn't deserve a penny, more scorn they have kept quiet thing long.
In America can't you be convicted of being equally culpable of a murder if you were there or protect the person who committed the act?
Surely the knuckle dragger who ran out in to the house can point the murderer out. Else they can just charge him with murder, no? It was good enough for my step-nephew to get done for murder for being present.

Surely, being shot at and taking evasive action restricts the CPS pursuing him on a murder charge?Surely the knuckle dragger who ran out in to the house can point the murderer out. Else they can just charge him with murder, no? It was good enough for my step-nephew to get done for murder for being present.

His choice, give the name and turn witness or you’re can only be considered as culpable as the guy pulling the trigger. I’m sure the CPS can make a case that he could foresee that running into a house whilst being chased by a gunman who intended to kill him could result in the murder of someone else within the house - and that his actions encouraged the gunman to enter the house. It would then be up to the jury to decide if the case was proven.
