No two people are the same so thats totally irrelevant to make comparisons and at the end of the day Pep and co must be pulling their hair out at the number of games Stones has missed over the past couple of years.
I am a Stones fan but at the end of the day we have to have a reality check and say "enough is enough" and thank you for your services over the years but a fresh start may be forthcoming for the lad.

We had to bring in at least one defender in this transfer window (which we have done) but the players mentioned are prime examples of players being carefully managed to prolong their careers and still had performed to a high standard. There is no harm in keeping Stones for the remainder of his contract.
