On A Serious Note: How much lower can those ****'* stoop?

Saw this earlier. The young lad uses that as his twitter pic. Do a google image search using the URL of the picture and when the result comes up click on 'search by image' . Can't post a link atm as I'm on my phone.

What will the kid do next? Is there a case for the police to investigate?
 
Re the twitter account - a note of caution - it looks like it belongs to the young kid rather than the backward looking adult.
