One Player You Wish Had Played For City?

I wish we'd signed Alan Ball back in '76/77, like Tony Book wanted to (after Colin Bell got injured). I do believe that we'd probably have won the league if we had done so.

Of all time (well, all of my time): Maradona edges out Cryuff and Beckenbaur.

In the Premiership era, I've got to say Zidane - although any one of Keane/ Giggs/ Scholes would've done nicely too.

Right now? Kaka and/or Messi in a fantasy world. Essien (when he's been fit and not forced to play at right back or whatever) has been the best midfielder about in recent years, so I'd have him.
