Got an email Saturday asking when would be the best time on Monday they can call me to rectify the issue, so I replied thank you anytime will be convenient.

Guess what !!!!!!!

I am told they have engaged a third party company that sits between the city ticket office payments and the banks
That’s the issue

Still no call from our wonderful fan support services
