Only 5 teams can mathematically get to the magical 90 points... some of the toughest games ... banana skin looky likeys

We seriously have to beat spurs, or they could be top by the end of Jan as they have us plus 3 home games and we have no Yaya...

City (42/54): Wigan(A), Tottenham(H), Everton(A), Fulham(H), Villa(A), Blackburn(H), Bolton(H), Swansea(A), Chelsea(H), Stoke(A), Sunderland(H), Arsenal(A), WBA(H), Norwich (A), Wolves(A), United(H), Newcastle(A), QPR(H)

United (45/54): Bolton(H), Arsenal(A), Stoke(H), Chelsea(A), Liverpool(H), Norwich(A), Tottenham(A), WBA(H), Wolves(A), Fulham(H), Blackburn(A), QPR(H), Wigan(A), Villa(H), Everton(H), City(A), Swansea(H), Sunderland(A)

Spurs (48/57): Everton(H), Wolves(H), City(A), Wigan(H), Liverpool(A), Newcastle(H), Arsenal(A), United(H), Everton(A), Stoke(H), Chelsea(A), Swansea(H), Sunderland(A), Norwich(H), Bolton(A), QPR(A), Blackburn(H), Villa(A), Fulham(H)

Chelsea (53/54): Sunderland(H), Norwich(A), Swansea(A), United(H), Everton(A), Bolton(H), WBA(A), Stoke(H), City(A), Tottenham(H), Villa(A), Wigan(H), Fulham(A), Newcastle(H), Arsenal(A), QPR(H), Liverpool(A), Blackburn(H)

Arsenal (54/54): Swansea(A), United(H), Bolton(A), Blackburn(H), Sunderland(A), Tottenham(H), Liverpool(A), Newcastle(H), Everton(A), Villa(H), QPR(A), City(H), Wolves(A), Wigan(H), Chelsea(H), Stoke(A), Norwich(H), WBA(A)

I think you can add Swansea (A) to the potential banana skins. They are very decent at home.

Swansea(A), Chelsea(H), Stoke(A) is a tricky little run.

Bloody hell, look at Spurs' run-in.

They really can pull this off, imo.

Must win game against them this month.

not sure why you analysed Arse and Chelski. Go and back them at 80/1 and 59/1 respectively if you fancy their chances.

Re: Only 5 teams can still get 90 points

I don't want to sound over confident, but at home we are in a different class
We dominated Spurs midfield when we played them away and should do so again. Even Swansea managed to outpass them the other week and we've battered everyone at home in the Prem whether unbeaten like Villa and Newcastle or on a great run like Arsenal
In saying that, a draw against Spurs is not a huge blow when you look at everyone has to play everyone else.
It's really important though that we go on a winning streak starting at Everton until we play Chelsea at home. If we achieve this I would expect us to be ten points clear

Re: Only 5 teams can still get 90 points

To win the league, we have to beat the teams we should beat, and not lose to any of the top 5 or 6. A draw in the remaining games against all the other top 6 sides means that they drop 2 points as well, obviously we'll be going for the win in all, but avoid losing any of them, and we'll be pretty well there. I think 90 points will win it comfortably.

if you want a saver bet you can back Spurs (without Utd and Chelsea) @ 8/1

good odds when they are 10/1 to win with all teams included!

That conveniantly ignores the run of 7 games they have in the middle there.
