My favorite is the sports shops. I'll take a Wilson tennis racket, a "soccer ball," and an AK 47 please. (and yes, one was selling a modified AK47 - modified so that wasn't automatic. Phew.)

Although I do like the idea of making it easy to protect my property, surely the guy entering your house has his own house thus has brought a gun with him and shoots you before you shoot him?

My Dog will do just for now, although if you do bring your dog to my house at 3am, make sure it doesn't like pork scratchings as I'll easily bribe him.

Do they sell Pork Scratchings over there?
or is it just us dirty northern bastards that like them, and this is why our teeth are mangled.

They can sell beer in Walmart,where I am at the mo, just no spirits and wine only less than 7%. There were air rifles on the shelves too as well as hunting bows, arrows and crossbow bolts.
 
My cousin lives in Illinois in the states and owns these....

A seriously screwed up ''right'' in America. I could slightly agree with the owning of a gun for protection but half the yanks own military grade equipment by the looks of things. A small handgun is slightly understandable but AK47s and the like are lunacy.
