Agreed, he was poor. When I heard Lescott was injured I had a horrible feeling about last night.

I think I must be one of the few people here that really does not rate ned, I think his distribution is very poor and he can look very clumsy in the tackle.

I know hes an Academy boy and a top lad, and i like many would love to see him hit the heights.

Nedum and Lescott all the way. I think Lescott would be alot better with Ned alongside him aswell.

Hughes needs to grow some ball's and drop his 14m man Toure, before he get's fucked off.

Distribution simply not good enough, you can see him visibly panic every time the ball comes to his feet. Also, he needs to learn how to clear the ball more than about 10-15 yards, isn't he able to kick it any further. Will always be injury prone too, he was struggling with tight hamstrings/calfs again last night and has constantly proved he cannot last long periods without suffering injury.

Prob just abit of cramping as he aint reallt run about much this season.
Dont suppose you noticed Richards being absolutly fucked for the last 15.

Thats what has been acknowledged with Richards in that his body is made for speed not stamina, he's good in short bursts. And he's just plain lazy at times.

He's a solid defender, but I was pulling my hair out the number of times he just lofted it forward to absolutely nobody last night - poor distribution as others have said.

If he could just get into the habit of playing it simple (with the occasional Toure-esq surge forwards) he’d be a much better player for it.

What was Ned or anyone else for that matter supposed to do against Crouch for the second goal?You know Crouch will win them so you defend the flick on,shame our caqptain was ball watching at the time.
