Forgive me if this has already been discussed but......

...the delaying of Season Ticket reservations would play into hands of the reorganising/resiting/segregation of supporters in one big effort to get either the South Stand or North Stand given over to the mcfc male voice choir and finally do away with pathetic little 'singing sections' either side of the over-exposed, away supporters and their, quite often, empty seats.

Any 'in-roads' to the powers that be, anyone?

Operation 'ONE END'

why dont they move away fans into 2nd t and give city all the bottom of the south stand, that way away fans are still near coach park ?

And give the City fans hard hats for all the missile's that will be rained down on them.

just stick stewards on the front rows ... also that way we are able to reduce their allocation :-)

i can't see anything being done about moving away fans from south stand! it's not a city issue it's a policing issue. for security and safty reasons. sure it was talked about when designing the stadium for a football games.

I can't see the point of this seeing as some fans quite clearly WANT to be either side of the away fans so if they're relocated to say the third tier suddenly a lot of City fans from 111 and 117 will relocate to level 3 and there'll be complaints about erm.....lack of atmosphere on level 1 perhaps?

well some reckon the split between the vocal sections means that at many times they are singing two completely seperate songs. being closer together would certainly give them a stronger voice and more impact.

i dont think tier 3 should ever be suggested however, it would be an awful move. too far away from the action and too far away from the away fans (who are the reason a lot of songs are started).

i think the real problem is that a lot of fans either don't want to sing or because there seems to be no singing done in their section dont get the courage to start singing. who wants to be the only person within a section of a stand singing? particularly if you get told to shut up, which i guess has happened to one or two people here

Diverse views, as is right. Mine is that the away fans should get the bottom tier at the corner of the South Stand and CB stand, similar to what we get at OT.

Obviously, they would be out of TV sight and would still be able to get to the coaches as they would come out under that Petrov poster. They should only given a couple of thousand seats on the hope that we can attract the extra 5-6k that we need to completely fill the ground. Seems simple to me but what do I know.
