Opposition view: Arsenal

I love the way he has a dig at our 'sugar daddy' for spending on players when their very own sugar daddies( yes Arsenal fans you have two) are filling their pockets ready to sell on and walk away.

Surely it's the quality of the sugar daddy that matters, if you have greedy owners only interested in self profit then your enemy is obviously within. We have owners that are investing heavily on and off the pitch and keeping prices down for the fans.

If anyone is to blame for the money in football it's the likes of Man U, Arsenal etc who signed their souls away to Rupert Murdoch in the early 90's.

We made him a mod and offered him a guest column in King of the Kippax actually.

Its funny why Arsenal fans dont understand the hate towards their club while offering out benile crap like that time and time again

And particularly when their second biggest shareholder is Alisher Usmanov. Now when we're talking about asset raping....

At least some of them recognise him for what he is.

I read a few Arsenal blogs (arseblog, Goonerholic, Arsenal-Arsenal and Another Arsenal Blog) as they're usually well-written. The one that interests me at the moment is arsenal truth as it's openly anti-Arsene blog, which is a first I think. Be interesting to hear the Arse fans views of it.

In fairness didn't the whole of the first division ratify the Premier League in the early 1990s?

Utd always had the potential to strike it rich if they got it right on the pitch, what I find funny though is when their fans and fans of clubs like Arsenal blame us for inflating prices ad wages! The very wages they were happy to pay long before Abramovich and the great Sheikh came along.

love to see what arsenal fans would say if someone wanted to buy their club and have to spend money to play catch up, cos lets face it they will need too. will these arsenal fans moan and say they don't want it to happen as they will be 'ruining football'. get over yourselves you jealous wankers. you had your time in the sun, now it's our time to shine. like many have said, arsenal need to look at their own history before having ago

In the 2007/8 season, just before ADUG came along the top wage bills in the PL were Chelsea (£159m), the rags (£121m) then Arsenal with £101m. Liverpool paid out about £80m and we paid £54m. Bet they weren't moaning then.
