If he plays. Played alone up front with 10 against Portugal. The ref and Portugal were taking the p'ss, and Dzeko went mad at the home crowd, the officials. He went mad. Not sure if that will work in our favour or not. That game will have taken a lot out of him. Dzeko is the Bosnian national football team and carries their pride. All 3 strikers played away in Europe or South America so very difficult to pick fresh players and know who to rest.

Pardew will do what they all do against us at home....park the bus and cross his fingers.

Well, they have only managed 1 clean sheet in 6 away from home (despite their apparently good defensive record) so that may not work for them.

A blue mate of mine in his late 50's pointed out a good omen for City involving our mates Newcastle! Last away game of the season 2011 - 2012 v Newcastle United, last away game of season 1967 -1968 v Newcastle United. We'll take a 4 - 3 win again this time shall we??

We played West Brom away boxing day 67/68
We play West Brom away Boxing Day 2011/2012

Liked this line

Every team in the PL will be strongly expected to lose at the Etihad Stadium this season

Despite our excellent start, brilliant squad and a manager that knows what he's doing. When I see comments like this I still can't quite beleive it's Manchester City being spoke about in such glowing terms.
