I know Im moaning ;) but this is a serious issue, the premiership is being catered for armchair fans and not the people that regulalry attend matches with a lot of fans are being priced out.
1) TICKET PRICES- the amount of money people are being asked to pay is just ridiculous for a season ticket, away ticket, general ticket. I think arsenal charge above 1000 pound for season tickets which is terrible and reflects the wider price fans all over the country are being asked to pay ( high prices). For the villa game their charging 43 pound for adults 43 POUNDS !!!!!!!!!!! what has the world come to, surely if teams want full grounds, good atmospheres they should be charging reasonable prices 20 to 30 pounds for adults, i know clubs have to maximise profits and this will help that cause, however they could just use some common sense and charge decent affordable prices. Perhaps by looking at the german model full stadiums all the time.
2) TV- What really annoys me is televisons companies ability to change when fixtures can be played at the drop of a hat- for example the everton away game being moved- no consideration for fans who have taken time off work and could only attend then, no care for fans who planned their whole day around that day being only able to attend then, only thinking about people who can watch it at home and not the actual match goers. without the fans football would be nothing.
I could name countless other aspects: dear stadium costs, over the top police and security, crack downs on standing up and swearing ( the political correctness of games) in my opinion something needs to be done as it's only getting worse even in an economic recession
