Wel written article yes but if you would indulge me and take some of the points of this

Holy moly! It's right! There's a junction just by the George and Dragon in Heaton Chapel that's having the pavements 're-done'. Not extended, not shortened, just having the paving re-done and new kerbs put in.

On Princess Parkway, at Hough End Fields, they're doing work on the right turn junction, for no apparent reason.

Makes sense now, end of the tax year!

Very interesting and thought provoking. i am at the stage where i barely believe a word any politician says from any sector of the spectrum left right or centre.

Hello. Welcome to the club, mate? For left, right or centre read ME, ME or ME. I see thread after thread from the right, centre or left professing that their politics are best. They're not, they just suit their position at that particular time but there are very few politicians at the moment (and probably historically) that have not been in it for themselves whilst professing that they are in it for the good of the nation/the people/the planet/the environment - *delete as appliccable. I work very close to some of the dealings with MPs and to say they represent their electorate is extremely naive.

Unfortunately apathy rules in this country and although the real cure is a complete revolution it isn't going to happen so long as the people think "I am OK as I have freedom, my HDTV, my I Phone and a nice holiday each year." It's what we have come to expect.

The biggest lie in British politics was the lie to take us to war on the premise that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction.

A decision that was conspicuously endorsed at the time by.......Johann Hari. Yet now he wants Blair tried for war crimes. Does that make him an accessory or just a fool ?

I have always found him to be a pompous and self-important wanker.

If you want to see conspicuous waste look at the ludicrous Park Road scheme being done in Poynton to make traffic and pedestrians compatible and to give us cafe society! £3 million it cost and meanwhile libraries are being closed.

All politicians are confidence men, I don't understand how anyone can be shocked by this information.

Shall we have a wee little look at johann's past then eh?

^^^^ funny that. Supported the war but calls for Blair to be in prison on war crimes! Hypocrite much.

So there you go, you attack my articles which are highly accurate with a story that the Telegraph has sensationalised a story in the past (not not the same authors or subject matter), I show you that Hari is a **** of the highest order.

All good.

Plus he fails to mention how well Canada managed in his article.
