Crazy times. Last year while he was injured. we were all saying he was going to be our new Foden and superstar. He’s had chances but just hasn’t impressed at all. Think he might be better off with a loan spell at Dortmund

Rico is a sensible, savvy lad and will probably understand the score.
He'll start 20 games out of 65, play a part in another 20 & win trophies and medals.
It's not unambitious to be realistic about your levels and to always be the best version of yourself, which is where Rico is now.
The criticism he gets on here is disgusting & shameful.
I hope he remains at City & becomes recognised and appreciated as a valuable,dependable and effective member of the squad, because every squad needs a Rico Lewis.
Finally, most of his games for City have been out of position at RB, (he'd play in goals if asked),His natural position is no.4 !!

No, we signed Doku irrespective. We didn't know at that point Palmer was going - it was left until deadline day with Palmer

I'm not sure why Pep didn't just let him out on loan for the season. We don't seem to have had a problem loaning players out.
