Zuma has the dirtiest hands in politics yet gets away with corruption time and time again due to him being a Zulu and the Zulu nation making it very clear that this is their time for power within the ANC and any attempt to remove him would lead to serious trouble and his fellow partners in crime so to speak are all suddenly let out of jail on compassionate parole due to the fact they are all about to die, yet months and years on in some cases, they are all still managing to play golf on a daily basis!
SA has it all, wealth, minerals, tourism yet it is so backwards in so many ways it hurts.

Conviction rates for violent crimes brought to court and by that, SAPS and the NPA have agreed that they have enough evidence to convict run at less than 10%.
Bribe here, bribe there, missing dockets, missing evidence and a little bit of political interference thrown in for good measure and hey presto!

Is firing a hail of bullets through a locked door into a burglar, posing no immediate threat to you, considered acceptable behavior in South African?
Obviously it's not as bad as the premeditated murder of your nagging bird but what sort of sentence, if any, would someone who did that be looking at?
