Is it the full value and what they owe us is separate, or is it included and we pay £8m.

Yes of course but people are saying we paid that for him. We haven't. And is it me or what but didnt we spend the Negredo loot on Bony?

It may be £8m cash but the whole £30m will need to go through the books.

Just because there is a wrangle with the Negredo money doesn't mean the big number doesn't run through the books. Still counts towards FFP reporting perimeter, we need to be careful classifying this as a 'cheap' deal. It's not, it's still roughly £30m for a defender, albeit, a world-class one.
