Other fans view on Inter game?

When I see other fans' comments I enjoy their despair.

schadenfreude is a beautiful thing :)
RAWK after the two 0-3's has been a gold mine of late, especially when you go onto read gems such as "shove 4th place, i want the league!" and "how good are we really (obviously the best)"

Hello to everyone. I just recently joined because I have taken an interest in Man City over the past two years or so, they way I look at your team is from an outsider's perspective and looking at the City's development has been VERY interesting, both from a human and a tactical perspective.

I am a Barcelona fan and I don't watch TOO much EPL but I really just love football, especially the tactical game (in that regard I am a big fan of Italy, but their slow style can often be boring as hell too).

I thought City played very well and I thought Inter played OK, but they didn't deserve to win. Inter's forwards and midfielders were very selfish with the ball and their team didn't look like they had much chemistry.

Gasperini is stupid if he thinks selling Sneidjer is a good idea, that is my opinion. Inter ALWAYS sell their star players when they need them most then go on a winning drought. That is their history, a club ran by morons.

Anyways I hate Inter and everything about them (horrible fans, horrible club management, horrible footballing style and philosophy) so I was very pleased to see them lose even if it was just a preseason match.

I am a big fan of Mario Balotelli, I think he's probably most talented player in the world right now (TALENT as in not 100% tapped yet), he has some problems but he's 20 years old and a lot of 20 year olds I know do far worse LOL.

I like Dzeko, David Silva is one of my favorite players from La Liga and Valencia, and Yaya Toure always has my full support for his amazing dedication and performances during his time at Barca (I was and still am one of the few people that was adamant against selling him).

And most of all I fucking HATE Manchester United so I hope you guys beat them next year in all competitions.

How far can you see us going in the Champions League?

I think you definitely have the players, and if you have the greater will/tenacity/drive than last year then I think quarter-finals will be a legitimate target.

Anything after quarter-finals is more based on luck, that is my opinion.

The biggest threats will be the improved Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Chelsea in my opinion. Manchester United, unless they make some drastic changes to their midfield, I believe will not be as strong next season. Chelsea is the dark horse for some people but for me personally Villas-Boas is a fine manager, but there is of course still the possibility of failure, like anything else.

Now the Italian teams I believe are not as much of a threat as some people (aka Sergio Ramos) seem to believe, especially Inter. They seem to be undergoing major transitions and I just don't see Gasperini as the right one for the job. Inter has always played a defensive counter-attacking boring ass style and whenever they try to do some else (like Benitez) they have failed miserably. Well, under Mancini they did alright, but since Mourinho left it seems like they can't adapt to anything.

A.C. Milan will win Scudetto but they don't have the midfield talent or tenacity to go up against Real, Barca, etc.

If you held on to Tevez I can see your chances as being better because you need a hard-working forward, none of those amongst Aguero, Dzeko or Balotelli are hard-working types. Fantastic players for sure but... not the epitome of work rate.

Regarding the Premier League, unless your team has a mental problem you should be able to challenge for the title. 2nd/3rd is of course still likely as Utd. and Chelsea are still major powerhouses but it doesn't seem like Chelsea is undergoing MAJOR changes so their players could be worse off next year (we'll see), and I believe Utd. is definitely weakening.

Arsenal are not going to win anything or threaten anyone, you can count them out.

Overall, it looks like a good year for Manchester City. I hope you guys win EPL at least because your team has some of my favorite players.
