Our Ball boys.

Switched on the computer to have a quick read of bm before I go asleep and lo and behold, someone brings up something, which as far as I'm concerned, is the most challenging issue our club today faces.

On the face of it, it seems trivial, but the fact that the club can't see the sheer fucking inadequacy of these tramps on the sideline, well, it makes my blood boil.

If anyone at the club's reading this, sort it out before I start launching coins at the precious fuckers.

Not criticising the ball boys, they are only kids and they are probably as nervous as hell and under instructions from City as to what they can and can't do, when they should go for the ball when they shouldn't.

What has always amazed me though is how few we have of them. There must be loads of kids who would love to do it so why not have enough of them that they never have to leg it more than 10 yards for a ball.

Saw the advert for them a few weeks ago so maybe City are trying to bolster numbers.

What a bizarre thread.

I do think the Premier League should use the multi-ball system though, keeps the game moving at a fast pace.

I agree with the OP.

we should have a 'Ballboy academy' built in with the new complex.

the speed and reactions by our ballboys is shocking.

the amount of times Hart has had to race for the ball, and the ball boy just stands there, just incredible.

what annoys me more than anything about them, is the fact they don't 'line up' very well around the pitch, i mean you'd think they'd get the yardage right between them.

there was one too many behind the net against Everton.

showing us up, sort it out city.

I know yeah totally agree.

I'm ringing City up soon I'm pissed off that I've got to walk down steps to get to my seat, fucking dreadful.

SORT IT OUT CITY.

this has being doing my head in for years now. I sincerely hope that the new campus will incorporate some kind of dedicated training facility for potential ball boys to do away with this sheer incompetence once and for all

I noticed this almost as soon As Mancini arrived that the return of the ball to play was slowed right up. Its clear that the Ball Boys are working to instruction, the fact that for the Reading and Keiv games last season everything was speeded up proved that.

Against Hamburg on THAT amazing night, we lost but yh it was amzing, if I remember correctly, the ballboys where like 16 year olds and did it really fast to keep the game flowing.

Maybe get older people for bigger games?

And none of them track back. It's simply shabby and systematic of the problems with the modern game.

it's all about the money these days.....
