I'd like to see more of Maicon, but in further up the pitch as he's been more effective than most of our attackers when he's played, but maybe that's just because teams don't pick him up as much coming from right back...

Looking at all these formations and players shows just how hard picking the right eleven players really is.If the rumours are true i wud try rodwell centre back with kompany because i think it would save us a hell of a lot of money and hes made for that role.bring nasri into the middle.

This line up allows Barry to cover Clichy's runs and Milner to cover for Zaba's, leaving Silva without any real defensive responsibilities. We are going to have some EXCELLENT formation change options when Vinny and Yaya get back into the side, because Garcia has been growing considerably in Yaya's absence, Rodwell is back to full fitness and Nasri needs someone to give him a kick in the arse. That gives us SEVEN top midfielders fighting for 3-4 places, which can only be good for us in the run-in.

You could almost switch this to a 4-3-3 aswell, cant draw it out as im on my ohone but with milner yaya and barry in the middle and silva tevez and sergio up top, this would work too with fullback joining in and milner/barry covering/helping out
