I also think those four teams should each be allowed to choose one player from the other teams in the league that do not play in the competition and add them to their CL squad (free of the burden of paying their salary or treating any injuries that may occur during their "CL call up"). After all, those teams do so much for the others from a brand building and indirect revenue perspective that it is only fair that the lesser clubs give back.

I think we are on to something here, it just needs a little bit more thought. What we need is an expert, someone like erghh Mr Gill.
