Do you think our owner will ever watch a City match live?

Never under Hughes if Mancini only last 6 months he might not see one under him!!

Roman whatever you might say watches alot of Chelseas matches and these Chinese at Birmingham seem pretty keen too!

R we just a play thing do you think? Or will he make an appearence at a final!! If we get there!!

How do you know he already hasn't?

Because we would have had more police around than a Celtic v Rangers game and he would have had to visit Buck House and that would probably have made News at Ten if not match of the Day.

He was asked if he meet the owner and he said "yes...I think..."
Then he was asked when, and then the web of lies started to unravel.
Also the answer to the length of his contract was interesting, to say the least.

I watched the recording few times, and based on his reactions and facial expression I believe:

1) Mancini did not know shit about City or who the owner is, and whom he meet except Crook.
2) He tried to play a line in between the truth and the "official line" from Crook, by pretending his hesitations are caused by his inability to articulate clearly his toughs in English Language. By doing so to the press and to the fans watching I call him bad layer, but a layer none the less.
3)Is clear that he got 6 months probation contract with the option to extend it if the results are right, in the summer.

I perceive him having little understanding on what makes this team work or not, he seems to walk on a short leash, and the shoes salesman is the one holding the other end.
I believe the moral of the team is low and the only ppl who will try very hard now will be Robinho and Ade. The fact we are close to the semis with ManUre, make me very worried.

Listen, City made the decision to change manager weeks ago.

If you believe that the decision was made after the Spurs game you're naive.

I'm not bothered. I would expect them to get a new man sorted before plunging the club into chaos. I'd much rather it this way than having no manager and endless speculation over christmas.

But I think that is what Cook said.

He said that after the Hull game a decision was made to look for options should the need arise.

Hughes then went on to beat Arsenal and Chelsea... so the pressure to change reduced.

We then drew at Bolton and lost to Spurs... the button was then pressed.

Next day, they agree a deal with Mancini, having already sounded him out as to his interest (in much the same way they had done with Hiddink's agent... and probably someone else!)

No conspiracy. No contradictory views. I really think it was easy to follow, and as I watched it on SkyTV I fully understood the process... and was amazed that some journalists hadn't!

I'd be more worried about my ability to spell "liar" than anything else if I was you, mate!

If it was made public then the security would be pretty intense.

If he came quietly he would only need a couple of discreet bodyguards.

Your not listening or you thought I was joking. Our owner is a Head of State just like the Queen or the US president. They cannot just pop over quietly there are protocols to observe. Our own top brass would have to meet him, he would have to go to a dinner, he then has to host a dinner. Its not easy.
