There are 10 times more city fans in China than Manchester mate.

They are not fans.

I bet they don't get "alan"

Is there a secret handshake as well? Now, I'd love to support a world class football club whose supporters had a secret handshake between all seven of them!

Not to mention watching CBeebies together, hand in hand, oh, those would be the days of our lives...

OK, but how dare you laugh to my being funny, when I am not even from Manchester, not even based there?

Btw, that's basically what you seem to be asking between the lines: how dare you appreciate City when you are not from Manchester?

Exactly!!

I have always lived in the North East. Had a season ticket from the age of 19 untill i was 35. Still get down to about 12 home games a season and about 4 away ones. Imagine my shock the other day when someone walked into the gym wearing a Utd top, saw me on the treadmill in a City shirt and made the comment "is your bandwagon parked outside". Asked this fool how old he was and many times he had been to Utd. Answer - 35 and "have never been to a match but i intend to do so shortly as my wi8fe bought me a ticket for the stadium tour for my birthday".

This guy could not understand why i found it so amusing.
