Our support on here

Logic and calmness is not the strong suit of 70% of this forum. But today is just laughable. People calling our perfomance awful and the worst ever. Dominating a half, and being sloppy in the other, but still creating some good chances to win!!

City, Pep and the players deserve much better fans.
It’s not the strong point of any set of fans in any sport in this history of sports.

100% we cant expect to be at the level of the last 5 years indefinitely, every so often you need a season or two to rebuild when the bulk of a squad of players pass their peak. I think we are getting to that time now, Pep will get it right eventually, but at the moment we are in a phase where we have the striker but the midfield hasn't been fully developed to support him yet.

It should be credit to Pep that we are where we are in this phase of the squad, Liverpool and Chelsea are going through a similar process and look where they are.

Posters are rightly questioning tactics. Why buy Haaland if you don't play to his strengths ? Tonight seemed as though the other 9 had fallen out with him.
Also 2 years ago we raced onto attacks, from Eddie to a shot on goal was 4 passes, now it 46 and even then we don't shoot.
I am happy with the draw but I think we are entitled to question what's happening.
Of course people are entitled to question things - I do so myself. But the amount of spoilt brat over the top crying and abuse is getting worse and worse. Perhaps that's just because the country is angry on the whole. Bloody Tories!!!

Agree, but lately here is the worst I've seen. Imagine if we were having a season like Chelsea or Liverpool. We are having a better season than any team in Europe(except Napoli) so far. Madrid are 11 points behind Barcelona, Bayern is struggling in the Bundesliga and lost their national cup. Arsenal and Barca are in Europa League and elimimated in their national cups.

Objectively we are the 2nd best team in Europe based on results, goals and any stats. But in this forum everything is a disaster and evryone is insulting the players and especially Pep. Crazy!!

spot on. I am personally sick of the slow pace and at times walking football. But it’s not a nice thing to say you are not allowed to say it to the kiss arse fans where everything is rosey

In 80 odd pages I saw about three posts of spoilt brat over the top crying.

That’s about 0.4% of the posts.

What people like the OP do is dwell on those posts too much and stop themselves actually getting involved in the more sensible side of the debate as they start to also display over the top crying about the over the top crying posts.

That’s well over the top mate ;)

The fact nobody in a city shirt passed to Haaland tonight after he ran his bollocks off all night ??? Haaland has literally become a world class spare part in this system we are playing currently. Here lies our problem and the fans frustration.

Yes us City fans can lament a tad too harsh at times, but surely open your eyes to the not too distant seasons gone by.
We don't attack like we used to do, it just becomes more apparent that possession is the name of the game now.
We will be lucky to win/deserve 1 trophy this season at this rate (which would be brilliant to us older fans) but our cocksure style is definitely fading.
Is it that the old school legends from past managers, Kompany Aguero Silva Dinho have gone and we look devoid of any leadership on the pitch and just seem entranced by the manager's obsession with possession, inverted wingers etc or could it be things happening off the pitch that is upsetting something within?
Either way we are missing something.
We as fans can moan, we as fans can celebrate but lets remember one thing,
we are fans of OUR CLUB, Manchester City

It will never stop the "entitled" from posting.

They have the right ofc to voice their opinion, but that doesn't mean it's the truth no matter how lousy they make.
