100%, you write a Pep team off at your peril but we look so laboured at times and it does not fill me with confidence for the business end of the season.
The last 4/5 seasons especially we've been arguably the best team in Europe. We were getting knocked out of this competition when we didn't deserve to in most cases.

I'm hoping this season it's our turn, Not playing well and going through and possibly going on to win it. Stranger things have happened. Although as you said it's not filling us with confidence but without doubt not one of us thing we aren't capable of going on to win this competition and that will put us on the right track.

True, it's a cup knockout so anything can happen but looking at Real the other night, we are going to have to raise our game considerably.

Forums and social media have given fans a voice that they never previously had. As in all walks of life, some people are knowledgeable, some people are emotive, some are optimistic, and some are thoughtful; some are not.

Personally, I think that football is, generally speaking, cyclical, and this team is trying to manage very high expectations, in the social media age, with a number of players that can no longer deliver the level of intensity demanded when a top-tier team plays twice a week at the highest levels. At the same time, we are also trying to integrate a brand new style of play. Some fans, who have become very used to high levels of success, are very demanding of instant results and do not have any patience with new players who take time to settle in. Some fans who have been used to periods of relative failure are less demanding and get frustrated with the other fans. All will say it as they see it and have a platform to do so.

I can see both sides, to be honest, bit I am secretly hoping we win the treble not just because it would equal the best season in English football but because of we do it at least half our fanbase will not have enjoyed a single moment of it until possibly the final handful of games.

IF we beat Leipzig it would be nice to avoid Real Madrid they are the Kings of this competition they know what they have to do to win it.

Madrid v Napoli would be ideal. They both look seriously good contenders to win it.
