Our support on here

IF we beat Leipzig it would be nice to avoid Real Madrid they are the Kings of this competition they know what they have to do to win it.

Madrid v Napoli would be ideal. They both look seriously good contenders to win it.
Napoli very much the dark horse, they have some serious firepower.

Of course everyone has an opinion based on their perception and expresses it verbally depending on their personality, but shambles, crap, useless etc it is not, based on what we have seen years before this. A bit of perspective wouldn't go amiss. It's only my opinion and I'm expressing it.

ps has anyone checked on TH... he's hurting

Matchday thread is embarrassing most if the time.

City started the season, Haaland unfire, team passing to him. Now the team dont pass to Haaland. I think as fans we have a right to question this.
It really looks like the players do t like Haaland. They took the penalty of him the other day.

Something doesnt seem right.

I agree we dont play with pace.

It is abit boring but alot of teams that play us are fucking boring

We all thought Haaland was the miss piece. But we are watching slow slow football and not passing to Haaland. I think that is pushing fans over the edge

I’ve genuinely never seen the support on here be so negative towards the players and manager and I’ve posted on here for 15 years. It’s got to the point where 1-1 draws away in the CL are being treated by many as if we’ve just lost to bottom of the league. It used to be the match threads but now even the post match threads are just as bad.

People have become so accustomed to an elite football brand that anything below it is now leading to bizarre suggestions that the manager who brought that brand of football should now leave the club.

We’re 2nd in the league (2 points off top), in the 5th round of the cup (beat Chelsea & Arsenal) and in a great position to go through to the quarter finals of the CL. If I was reading some of the comments on here completely blind, I’d think we were having the season Liverpool are having. That’s the level of shit that realistically should lead to some of the comments I’ve seen on here.

You can’t be great every single year. It’s impossible. It’s why we’re the only team since 2009 to retain the title (x2) and why most managers get sacked the year after just one title is won. To win back to back titles for the second time in 5 years and to then be in our current position in the 6th year is immense.

Seriously guys, I can’t believe the absolute misery and unhappiness. If you’re so miserable now then you’re going to be in for a rude awakening when Pep eventually leaves and we have odd ‘really’ bad seasons like Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal all do. Back the manager and team because they’ll come up trump in the end. They always do and if they don’t win the big prizes, they’ll come back again and win them next year.

Edit - I expect the miserable sods to carry on their spoilt brat support act in this very thread :)

Thank you for telling us how we should feel and how we should act with regards to City. You sound like a dictator. It's fans like you who really wind me up, you're the sort who will turn their nose up if someone doesn't totally agree with you and probably believe you are always right and better than everyone else. Do one!!!

Let's be honest, City should be pissing the league this season. Our great Scouse rivals have fallen off the cliff. With only Arsenal and the Rag pretenders remaining. Needless and winnable defeats and draws, especially at home, may cost us another PL title. The 3rd in a row.
