I agree. The inexorable outcome if it were to carry on like this is £2,000 season tickets and £200/m to watch Sky or BT Sport.
And already people are refusing to pay, hence there are literally millions of people in the UK alone, illegally streaming with Kodi and the like. Sky and BT can only push up the prices so far before it befores counter-productive and revenue actually falls. I think we are already at that point. Ditto ticket prices.
This bubble *must* burst and fees cannot simply carry on going up and up.
Dortmund are too greedy.
They just bought Dembele last summer for 16m
As per yesterdays L'Equipe, Barca have only offered an immediate 80m spread over 5 years, with the rest based on ridiculous never, never clauses (Balon d'Or etc).
That is why the haven't accepted. You can't be expected to lose your best player and to replace him in 2 weeks for only 17m.
That said, their diectors are ****s.
120m for Dembele would be a better investment that 60m for Sanchez, wonder why we aren't after him if Mbappe is PSG bound. Are we still looking for 'value' on this market? This way we won't get to a top level.Barca trying to save money when the world knows how much they've just got from Neymar, love it. Would be great if City offered Dortmund the money they wanted and fucked Barca over.

IMO i'd rather have Dembele than Mbappe. France are very lucky to have so many young talents, fits the profile we have reportedly been looking at too. Maybe we just think its either Barca or nothing for him. Depends on him.
