Ousmane Dembélé

Well it is probably not happening anyway, but for what it is worth I do not see any reason to ditch Sterling for Dembele. I have watched quite a few Dortmund games last season (on TV) and sure Dembele have been really good in some of them. He also went missing in other ones. In other words hit and miss like all young players. We don't need him.

dortmund director promised to their fans he would keep dembele , also dembele said 10 days ago that he's happy at dortmund . unlikely he will leave in this summer

Dembele is a much better athlete, has much better footwork, more flair, and crucially seems to have much more confidence in his own ability. Bags of potential even if you solely concentrate on physicality.

Sterling is good on his day without being exciting. I'll get jip for saying that but its my opinion for sure. At best he has moments of top level play...but he doesn't seem to have what you cannot teach, and seems very inconsistent at times.

Well I find Sterling as exciting, or moreso, to watch as Dembele personally.

I have no idea where the idea comes from that he is a better athlete than Sterling. Nor the idea he is a better finisher.

I also don't understand the idea that if Dembele is so much better, he completes less than 70% of his passes in the Bundesliga compared to Sterling managing over 80% in the Premier League. It surely can't be that Sterling doesn't get closed down, because we all know for a fact that he does.

Perhaps it's just that Sterling is really good.

I guess you're a city fan or maybe you aren't. Re Dembele, I doubt that he actually dined with Guardiola in Manchester buy it's very plausible that he leaves Dortmund this year.

I doubt defenders are allowed to kick fuck out of Dembele with absolute impunity either
