Outside the ground.

Whatever the Arsenal fans say coming on here I saw enough yesterday until the second goal went in to show we have a lot more than Arsenal and once our team settles we are going to be very very tough for them to beat. They were lucky with the Boyata sending off but we have a great blend of flair, skill, power and height. This is one of the last times these fellas can come on here gloating so enjoy it while you can Gooners.

And I personaly think the money has gone to a lot of City fans heads and they act so acordingly which is one of the reasons you are no longer respected but then I am just making a sweeping statemeant to one post, in reality most of you are good to have a debate with on here and know your roots. Least your not like the Chelsea fans!

Fuck off with you're no longer respected. People don't like us anymore because they can't patronise us. As someone has mentioned there was a good relationship when you use to beat us regularly, the 5-1 being a good example. Now they boot is on the other foot and we've handed you afew rubbings in recent years you don't like us. You're a classless spoilt set of fans who to quote Captain Mannering "don't like it up 'em".

Arsenal are far from innocent. This is not an isolated incident. Who was the lad who posts on here who was sucker-punched and left unconcious in the road by a cockney twat after the Ade game last year? As I remember, some City lads who witnessed it made a robust citizen's arrest, marched the wanker back to the Old Bill and they still eventually let him off due to 'lack of evidence'. Remember them kicking off with the South Stand stewards last year — one of whom was a woman? Anyone who attacks innocent fans minding their own business is a coward and a nob, but we seem to have more of a nasty rivalry with Arsenal than anyone else these days, and it seems mostly due to self-righteousness and sheer envy on their part. So for them to be giving it the big un to City fans outside our own ground after a game filed with incident and controversy is naive and foolhardy. Not right in an ideal world, I know, but then again, it's not right that you have to lock your car or your front door. But only an idiot doesn't. Part of the survival tactics for travelling fans. I certainly won't be mouthing off when, referee permitting, our team destroys them at the Emirates.

Yeap I remember parts of that day far too well.

You lot (and many other sets of fans) do not like the fact that we are no longer just ickle City, where the mere act of turning up is enough to guarantee a win. We have owners who are very ambitious and have the wealth to make their aspirations for the club come into fruition. As a result of these major changes at the club, the level of expectation has grown (to the point of being unrealistic in some quarters) among supporters. When you pair this with the fact that, even for someone as clearly blinkered as yourself, there can be no doubt that City are becoming more of a force on the field and in the PL as a whole, it is hardly suprising that the demeanour of some fans has changed a little. I would not say the money has gone to our heads but maybe we are enjoying our new place at the top table after years of patronising verbal pats on the head from other teams and their supporters for 'giving it everything they had' but to no avail.

I don't know about other Blues, but the repect of people who spend their time on other teams forums trying to get a rise out of rival fans means absolutely fu*k all to me.

Wearing your colours at an away ground, and supporting your team fine no problem wherever and whenever - even in the home end.

But abusing an opposition player in the street outside the ground on the way in and on the way out is just stupid, and they are literally asking for trouble. These people are psychos, and no better than those who react.

We've been thrashed many times before by clubs home and away. I remember giving Thierry Henry a standing ovation at Maine Road after he destroyed us, but MUFC and Ryan Giggs have more class than Fabregas and some of his support. Some of the "Gooners" embarrassed their club on Sunday, as did Fabregas, and I'd expect a long-standing Arsenal fan who comes on this message board as a guest to have something to say about the chants from Arsenal fans who told Adebayor that he should have died. A man who held a dying man in his arms. Is this the actions of small minority, or is it tolerated and accepted by Arsenal's support?

We've got our own idiots, but most City fans will shut them up, and I'd like to think that we police ourselves.

i remember fabregas last season at the emirates against chelsea, 10 minutes from the end he got the ball taken off him in the centre circle and his head completley dropped,i thought what a guttless shithouse, ok your team is three nil down but your the captain you arshole, not one city player let his head drop yesterday, your captain is guttless?also if you want to talk about that hooligan shit ask any arsenal fan who came out of trafford the day van nistelroy missed the pen?
