Over-rated footballers

Oh I forgot about the actual most overrated player anywhere right now...

Dani Alves!

He's not bad at short passes and running past wingers or full backs with his pace

HOWEVER, considering he is an attacking full back who is always crossing the ball his crossing is nothing short of appallingly fucking disgraceful (which every player for Barca knows, theyre always moaning at him, always throwing their arms in the air in disgust, even saw Xavi having a go at Pep Guardiola after yet another bottom level Sunday league shit cross by Alves in one league game this season! Pep looked a little embarrassed!) I cannot understand how nobody else picks up on it! Everytime I see Barca play I (get on everyones nerves) point out; "look, shit cross!" "look, Messi's having a go at him" "look, Xavi and Iniesta have just looked at each other and shook their heads after that shit cross from Alves!" etc

And he's soft as fuck and always feigning injury! Hate the fucker!

Last season Ibrahimvic was considered BETTER than drogba and this season he is ranked 8th in the world. You are the person that knows jack-shit you just listen to pundits and can't make up your oown mind. And did I say messi wasn't that good - no I said he wasn't as good as people make him out to be (i.e. overated).

You have clearly never watched ibrahimavic play

You've gotta take into consideration that you're talking to City fans here, most would rather have a consistent workhorse than a undpredictable player with amazing natural ability (look at the Bellamy/Robinho situation. I'm still in complete disagreement with you though with regards to Messi.

I didn't think he was shite at the time. At the time he was the main striker for the world champions, that however was the extent of my research into him. I will be leaving nothing to chance when i place my bets this year!

although he is a fantastic player for barca his lack of versitility compromises his all round "brilliance". he would not reach expectations with any other team because the barca team works perfectly for him, a great example is argentina, he is a shadow of what he is at barca

im not doubting his obvious talent but he IS a very over-rated player
