Love Zabba too bits, a true modern day City legend, but I hate watching him struggle, he's been on a slow decline and time unfortunately has caught up with him.

Fantastic player and a true great but the time has come for Pep to realise he cannot be used against the top teams. His legs can't carry him for the pace he used to have, those great tackles he used to do are now reckless or mis-timed. He is being left for dead by younger wingers who are having a field day at exposing what are now his glaring weakness.

Sad to see but it happens to everyone eventually, but we need to address both the LB and RB positions along with Fernando immediately when we can

Sagna is really no great upgrade and is in fact 2 years older. We need to put in Maffeo and see what happens.

Don't know if Maffeo is the answer yet but if he has the potential we have the manager to realize it. Your first point is bang on, Sagna is no upgrade anyway. He's slow, ponderous, has no range of passing, and is part of the problem imo. If our esteemed manager thought differently, he would be playing mist weeks. Both FB positions need a complete overhaul, none of our established fb's are good enough/mobile enough for a Pep team.

a true city legend but zabba's time is up unfortunatly he'd die for city & we'll never forget that, total respect for the guy just not good enough at the top level anymore

Solid player a few years ago, but has never really been good enough in possession against higher caliber teams in the champions league or teams that press in general. Our full backs have always been a weak-spot in this regard in that they capitulate under any sorts of pressure.
