Hope Zabs isnt singled out for the drugs test after the game , where did that performance come from ? Maybe hes been on the Bradley Wiggins training regime because he turned the clock back ten years , so glad he didnt bugger off to Milan in the summer

Best game he's had since we won the league. I thought he was done, boy was I wrong! Well done zab, yes you are the fucking man!

Rolled back the years, even more impressive as he wasnt 100% fit. Life in the old dog yet.

Never forget he is the fucking man.

Loved it when he was charging up the wing on the counter and won a throw, then roared "COME ON" to the crowd, who duly obliged. City legend and nothing will ever take that away.
I was gutted when it looked like he was leaving and the fans wouldn't get the chance to say goodbye to him. Hopefully he will go out with another medal and get to say a proper goodbye.

Have you listened to the Graham Hunter interview with him, quite long at 40 odd mins but worth it, I listened while I cooked yesterday, a lot about Argentina but a lot about us at the end, brilliant bit when Hunter went to show him that goal, he said I cant watch it because I get too emotional, as I said on the thread, there is no doubt he is one of us. Love him.

That's how a captain performs.... It may be his last year with us but he's the one player of the mansour era who deserves everything he gets, a true legend of the club... His performance made me grin from ear to ear as it was the epitome of the man, never write off Zab as he is the fucking man (:

Deserves a lot of praise today because of what he was facing. Not only was he defensively sound, he was also involved with the play going forward as well. Very encouraging for the rest of the season.

Yes mate, I listened to it last night. He's my favourite player and has been for a long time. I love him to bits, and one of the things he said last night just sums him up. I'm paraphrasing here but it's the gist. "I know I'm not as technically gifted as Yaya, Silva or Aguero, so I have to work harder, do the hard work so they can play"
What a humble guy. He has been nothing but a credit to himself and the club since he arrived.
