Sadly when Silva isn't available and Kev has an off day, there is no one else good enough to provide that little bit of magic or quality that can make the difference in the final third .....Bernardo and Gundogan are good players in their own right but just can't compare to KDB/Merlin

That's two non-penalties given against us in the dying moments, as if the official can't wait to even up the fact we are so dominant this year.

Gundogan was effective against spurs, very effective in fact. And then he did a full 120 against Leicester straight after. Let's remember he's still on the road to recovery and we'll see the best of him in the next few weeks. Sane and bernardo did alright today in a battle with palace.
Aguero is 5 foot 6 and did ok against 6ft plus defenders.
Let's not start slagging off players when a new one, possibly Sanchez, is inbound.

Bad day at the office in regards injuries and suspensions with both Sane and Dinho also not available against Watford due to.picking up yellows.

Jesus injury will probably force the Sanchez transfer

We could be playing Watford without Delph, Mendy, Kev, Silva, Kompany, Sane, Fernandinho and Jesus.

As to the game we were sloppy throughout the game. Gundogan and Bernardo are not stepping up to the plate but the worst thing from my perspective is that Aguero is finished if he keeps playing the way he is.

I watched on NBC, but just seen on Twitter about Michael Owen laughing at Kevs injury on BT. They should sack the wankstain.

Thought we were poor by our standards int he first half .....GJ is in a real slump at present and was playing poorly upto being injured. Sane was terrible all game and has been for a while....he needs an extended time on the sideline and if we do go for Sanchez its Sanes position that should be most under threat as he has been easily the worst performer for quite a while.

Bernardo silva played ok but hasn't yet learned to have the influence ont he game that David Silva has. Ilky was ok but nothing more.....KDB was below par today int he first half but much better in the second.
Sterling changed the game when he came on.....
Kun was pretty starved of service but his general play was fine.

The back four were all really good and Mangala looks to be growing in confidence - it was clear in the first 20 mins that Palace players were going to target him when he had the ball at his feet but they gave up doing the after a bit as he was doing really we'll.
Walker was brilliant - the palace fans on his back all game but he just defended really well
Ferna was his usual self.

The GJ injury was just bad luck

The KDB injury is assault and nothing less - it was cynical, deliberate and a straight red but he was only given a yellow so does that mean there can be no retrospective action? If so that rule needs looking at as it was reminiscent of something like that dog Keane would have done in his utd days...it has no place on a football pitch.....I hope puncheon has hurt himself (i know thats not particularly nice) but he deserves to have done so. He should be banned for 10 games for what he did there; again it was nothing short of assault and a career threatening tackle.

Thanks city for a fantastic run of victories, still unbeaten and still storming the league, 12.00 ko in London on New Year's Eve always looked a tough one for us, Injuries are a blight on any team, one things for sure all those ridiculous posts that we don't need alexis can finally shut up.
