that's why we might just win at united :-) because they're not going to park the bus and they are not going to go all out in attack
Just my opinion
Bring it on because our lads will be up for it especially after tonight

Sorry pal but that's utter garbage. Why would they be up for it especially after tonight? Tonight proved some of our players just don't care anymore.

Well lets just see what happens later on today . If MP lasts until tomorrow then he will be there for the derby game but it's touch and go IMO . I think generally everyone has been patient even though the the run of form is pathetic . He may well be given one more game. One would think that he doesn't need to motivate the players too much because it's a derby . Lets try not to get too frustrated which is very difficult right now .

The people at the top have made to many mistakes over the last 3 years and we are now suffering because of that. We should be dominating ghis league now with the amount of money thats been thrown at it. Yet we sit in a position were we are in real danger of not qualifying for champions league and a trophyless season. With also having to do a complete rebuild of the squad, management and directors. Very poor Khaldoon time to go!

The most frustrating thing is, I don't think Palace even played that well.

It was much of the same from us. Our tactics seem to consist of "put 11 good players on the pitch and we'll win". I don't see a style of play or any patterns of play, our whole gameplan seems to be relying on individual brilliance.

We don't work it out wide and get a cross in, we don't shoot from long range, it's just pass-pass-pass. In games like last night where Palace defended deep, it has to be technically perfect to get the ball through or a piece of individual brilliance (which Yaya's strike was). People wonder why we're not scoring as many goals this season, that's exactly why. We rely on individual brilliance so heavily it's ridiculous. We've barely scored any team goals in 2015, compared to the likes of Arsenal anyway.

Last night how many chances did we create for Aguero and Dzeko? People have slagged Dzeko's performances off on here, but what was he supposed to do? Absolutely no chances were created for him. We were so narrow and indirect, Dzeko didn't stand a chance.

Two sloppy goals for the Palace. The first was probably offside, very hard for the linesman to call for offside in real time IMO. I don't think we should have allowed Palace to win two headers in such dangerous areas to set up Murray. Good free kick by Puncheon, but I thought the wall could have blocked it plus Hart's positioning wasn't right for a fairly central free kick.

I can't see how on earth Pellegrini can stay past the summer.

Because we've seen it all too often this season - particular since New Year, when every other match day has seemed like groundhog day - I think most posters are looking at last night's performance too negatively.
On the groundhog days, we've had no luck at all except bad; on the rough end of the decisions that count; 'worldies' scored against us with regularity; usually dominating posession, record number of shots and hitting of the woodwork - looks like the cycle has come full circle and we're paying for any good luck we had when we won both Premier League titles.
Putting aside our individual arguments about team selection which might have changed things, it's hard to argue with anything else that Pellegrini had to say after the match namely, that we dominated but couldn't score, and they won thanks to an offside goal and a world class free kick.
It just ain't our season! At least we go into the derby as underdogs, and that hasn't happened for a very long time - I think we were underdogs when we won 6 -1 weren't we?

Spoken like someone who has seen it all before. I doff my cap.

However we are not going to win 6-1 on sunday.

Ive said it before we play to narrow everything comes through the middle with no outlets outwide so we end up going side to side get zabba and kolorov back in at least they both give us width.i think we should buy some world class wide men because thats all we are lacking.navas is fast but cant cross the same aplies to clichy .

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

Feel short changed by decisions which partly cost us and feel short changed by individual players on good money who don't have the fight in them.

Feel part sorry for Pellegrini and on the other hand can't wait till we get rid.

Nice man that he is we need someone with the balls to stand up to players who think they are owed the world and don't perform and someone to be to less predictable.

How many times does he make changes around the 65 minute mark?

Not good enough and we need younger players with hunger in them to win trophies

Anyone still think pellegrini is the man to take us forward ?

Its whether the owners think so but I would think more supporters would want him gone than not now irrespective of who is available.

You always a few poor results , a poor season away from dismissal.

Not many pundits think he will be with us next season and while that means jot by sheer weight of numbers it's usually a given that his time is up.

I personally think we will regress further next year if he stays in charge so for me his time is up.

Of course we need some real quality preferably in that 21-25 year age bracket that will take us back to where we should be in the premiership and move us forward in Europe where the current squad is clearly not capable of achieving no matter who is in charge.
