And yet, a group of Israeli extremists are currently carrying out torture, rape, and murder en masse. And have been doing for half a century. Still, I supppose they're just the right shade for you to forgive them.

Perfectly summed up. Until both sides accept (and act on) the other's right to existence and self determination then this is going nowhere. The Palestinians should accept Israel's right to exist and Israel should accept that the Palestinian people want their own land.

Probably not. That's how war works isn't it? Would the Palestinians have given back any land they 'stole' from the Israelis if they had been victorious? If you get beat in a war it's the winner who dictates terms surely? If the Arabs had beat the Jews in 1948 would Israel even exist?

Well yes, exactly, but surely there are a lot more Palestinians being killed than Israelis (for now at least) so I am not sure supporting a permanent state of war is actually supporting the Palestinians! One side needs to be brave enough to break this never ending circle of war.

Firstly it’s not for now but since 1948 and secondly it’s Israel that needs to stop the war, give the land back that they’ve stolen since around 1967, then accept that the Palestinians have a right to self determination and treat them like human beings.

Only then will there be a chance of ‘peace’.

You are just being silly again. I support a two state solution. I support both groups of people having internationally recognised borders that both adhere to. I support both groups having self determination. I do NOT support either side deciding their own borders. However, I am realistic enough to realise that the Israelis are in the ascendency here, so any deal will, probably, favour the Israelis. That's always been the case with any war.
