Parental guidance needed

Before i get in touch with 'super nanny' on that tv programme, i thought i'd ask for some advice from fellow city fans who many have had the same experience.

I'm in a right state, waking up every night with nightmares. The cause is my teenage daughter. She supports city and comes to some games, but doesn't take it too seriously.

She's had the odd boyfriend but nothing lasts too long. Anyway, the other day i answered the door to a boy wearing a united top, so i told him he couldn't come in wearing his top. He'd have to take it off but i could lend him a t-shirt. None too happy he didn't come in.

Now i'm being accused of being unreasonable by the wife and i'm the bad guy. I told her if i was unreasonable, i'd have just told the boy to eff off.

I'm now have nightmares that my daughter marries a red and 'my' grandson ends up a rag!
I'm thinking of getting my daughter sterilised unless she signs a form saying she'll not date or marry one of them! How do i get her and her mum to understand we need standards in our family. I'm not bothered about the 'colour' of her boyfriends, apart from them being red. She can go out with another girl, if it makes her happy, but not a red, NO, NO!

Anyone got any advice?

my older sister married a rag and all her kids are blue.
Its just a matter of how they are raised.
My dad started early with my nephew and nieces, city babygrows before they even left the hospital.

To be honest I'm not too sure if this is a joke thread ?, just in case it's not, surely the way he treats your daughter is more important and things like, is he from a nice family , does he work/study etc, my middle son is a united fan and so is his son now too and to be honest we have had some great banter over the years (usually him laughing at me) but as we all know thats changed, better still take the chance to lead by example and convert him to a blue.

seriously though if she ends up marrying a red, it's just another you can taunt and wind up, when grandkids come along make sure around 3-4 years old you take them to the Ethiad on your knee, you'll have them for life then.

I went out with a rags daughter once. Proper red had a season ticket for years and that, not one of these arm chair reds.
Anyway he hated the fact his daughter was with a Blue, and I loved the fact he hated it.
There was always this feeling of having one over him and there was nothing he could do, and without saying a word we both knew what the other was thinking.

Couldn't agree more. Dated loads of girls with rag parents. Every single time the various dads tried to say something I was able to manage a smirk that stopped them cold. Definitely wouldn't want the shoe on the other foot, find her a nice blue mate.

to the op,a very sad situation indeed.

a couple of years ago i was getting similar nightmares,however i took the situation in hand and built myself a roof top watchtower,i live in a town house so my view of the surrounding area is pretty good,i also invested in a 2nd world war sniper rifle,and if you are in the heald green area on a still night you will hear the resounding crack of a Mosin–Nagant,(grandad was a russian sniper) and the pitiful scream of an injured rag,its a sort of ethnic cleansing,and the police have said as long as i dont hurt decent people or damage bus shelters they are not to worried.












p.s. for the people who seem to believe every thing they read on this forum or lack a sense of humour,everything ive just written is a lie.also the spelling police can fukrifht orf as well :)
