36 hundreds of a second (when adjusted from Kat’s time of 22.45) I think. What would the 36 points be in the 200m?

Fine margins. But that's what it comes down to at this level. She had two disappointing disciplines. They did for her.36 hundreds of a second (when adjusted from Kat’s time of 22.45) I think.
A bit of the luck of the draw as well. Kat ran into a headwind in the 200m and some of her completion had a slight tail wind, according to pundits. That wouldn’t have made a huge difference but would have closed the gap a bit. Maybe 10 or 15 points.Fine margins. But that's what it comes down to at this level. She was done at the end. Fair play that was some effortBrilliant from the crowd cheering Megan Keith like that at the end, that will have made all that pain worth it for her.
Almost takes more determination to finish in that condition than win, she could easily have taken the easy option and dropped out. Although clearly not on the same level it reminded me of Derek Redmond in 1992 which is still one of the most iconic Olympic moments for me.She was done at the end. Fair play that was some effort
I know her parents quite well, she's a lovely girl and had a bit of an injury coming in. She did well. She was done at the end. Fair play that was some effort
