I hope so too. Maybe Pep has lost a bit of faith in Jesus but it was strange to see him out of the line up today and never looking likely to come on. I’m sure you will be right. It’s hard to guess what he will do.

Think we can beat them over two legs, but a bit surprised by the bookies odds for this particular game (we’re evens, they’re 2/1). Obviously home advantage is less now without fans, but even so that seems generous.

With Zincs lack of pace wonder if Laporte plays left back. Cancelo defended well at left back although I think he will be sub with Walker at right back.

Poch at Spurs usually played a counter attacking footie & Mbappe for Psg battered Bayern on the counter, even though the German Rags were the better team.
Pep cannot afford to play a high defensive line in Paris. Spurs today as poor as they were, looked dangerous on the counter. Would take a cagy 1-0 win & 2-1 defeat isnt a disaster but we have to score at least 1

Taking chances is the key to this game. We have to be more clinical. I expect Bernardo to play (For Sterling) and Ederson. The decisions are Stones or Laporte / Cancelo or Zinchenko. I think he will go Laporte/Zinchenko

Having said that, why didn’t Jesus play today if he isn’t in the frame for Wed, especially after being hooked at HT against Villa? I was expecting him to be in the line up today. That one may be the surprise and if Pep picks him then it may be Foden to miss out. Be interesting to see what Pep does there.

I don't expect to see Jesus starting on Wednesday given Pep's seeming paranoia of counter attacks, but if he does it'll probably be for Sterling instead of Foden.
