This game is a free hit now the league looks almost done. The worst approach we can take is to try and contain PSG.We will end up over playing it around the back enabling PSG to break. Yes they have some talented players but so have city. We need luck and a fair Ref.

2-2 first leg.
 
Huge game- Ederson, Dias, Walker, Rodri, De Bruyne, Gundogan, Mahrez and Foden should go straight into the line-up IMO. If it was up to me that would be alongside Zinchenko, Laporte and Bernardo but I won't be surprised or complain if Cancelo, Stones or Sterling start. Small possibility Fernandinho keeps his place too.

Basically it'll be Ederson and then any 10 of the other 14. Fuck knows what Pep's going to do. I'd be surprised to see Jesus, Agüero or anyone else starting.

Away leg first is brilliant. I love the idea of getting the chance to take a score draw or even away win back to the Etihad, that would make us strong favourites. And if Mbappé's injured, our chances only get a lot better.
 
It's time we fucked shit up in Europe. Don't give them a chance to dive or feign injury in our defensive 3rd, be clinical with our chances (should get about ten) and with a fair wind we might scare them a bit.

I don’t want us to change the way we play in terms of our shape or our pressing or anything but we go into the 1st leg lower on energy than PSG and so I would love it if we showed the same nous that all the seasoned European teams display and deliberately slowed the game down with a bit of play acting here and there, dithering over free kicks and throw ins, goal kicks taking ages etc.

Frustrate them, make it a tight, scruffy affair, stay in the tie and get them back to our place and unleash hell on them after we’ve rested everyone significant for the palace game
 
If we are clinical and take our chances we will be golden, otherwise we can make it a lot harder for ourselves. Let Phil do his thing and Stones and Silva show them some balls
