I`m not so sure about him.He`s been good in the past but after moving a couple of times and the fact he does get injured it makes you wonder if he`s up to it now.... apart from that west ham, the cheeky bastards, seem to be holding us to ransom. It was only last week they were saying the whole squad was up for sale, then city come in for him and reject a decent offer!
I`d go look elsewhere and hope west ham get relegated and go into liquidation!

I heard it on my local Sports radio, via Oliver Kay, that he's on his way.

My local Sports radio analyst, who's usually quite good, says Parker 'can't tackle'.
I only remember him from his days with Charlton when he seemed to be the all-action midfield player for them, which would imply that he can tackle
I would like to think that Hughes has done his homework on this one as Parker apparently is the best alternative to Senna.
(and we need to shore up that midfield)
