Parking restrictions possibly next season

Is this going to mean all cars will be condensed into just the designated car parks resulting in more congestion when leaving?

Since Beswick library made their carpark open for match days, it's gridlocked on the estate behind the library trying to get onto Ashton Old Road.
 
Anyone got a link to the new parking restrictions?

We'll be driving on Saturday (50 mile round trip) and usually park near the gas works.

I vaguely recall reading that it'll be residents permits only, so looking to plan ahead.

Latest rumours are that it will be around November time before it comes in, but there’s no changes just yet. With the delay in the arena hopefully they’ll delay the scheme.
