Based on what I have seen today and in the past, I find it difficult to comprehend why anyone would be willing to spend £100m on him.

And I know it's unfair to judge him solely on this evening's performance but he's never struck me as someone who could develop into a phenomenal player.

He is 22/23 as well so not a novice.

Pogba can do everything. Defend and attack. Sissoko is playing his normal role. Only giving it a lot more than he does for Newcastle. The game is overly tactical and France are playing overly defensive. They should release Pogba forward or put a 2nd forward on

Completely anonymous tonight , he has been for the majority of the tournament , Sissoko far superior certainly tonight.

Can you imagine City selling a player for one million pounds and buying him back for a hundred? Can you imagine the shit we'd get.

Let them have him, he's a bigger gamble than Gundogan, Stones and Sane and we will have bought all three of them for than less than Pogba will cost-let that sink in for a minute.

The comments about Sissoko vs Pogba fail to recognise the different roles they have in the team at the moment. Pogba and Matuidi are holding to release the midfield runs of Sissoko.

In that case then £120m is fucking scandalous for a water carrier.
