I recon he's probably gagging for Real Madrid to come & get him but if not, may decide it's too much money to turn down.

If I was him, I'd just stay at Juve for a while longer. The rags obviously have no pride, as they wouldn't be in for him now if they did, so no reason he can't turn them down now & then ressurect the deal next season if he wants. They will still cough up the cash, as they are desperate.

Would pissmyself if it went belly up for them.

Dont know which would be better. Them spunking all this money and it doesnt work out for them, or he puts two fingers up and stays put/goes to Madrid

Comparing him to Sane & Stones is good. Why, because we are buying 2 players to improve our team. Buying for positions we need to buy in. We'll have re-sale value on TWO players. If one hits the heights people think they will, we're okay. We've effectively split our risk where United have gone all in on one player.

Even if Pogba hits the goals and assists, he'll never be Ronaldo 2.0. He just isnt that marketable. He'll never be in that bracket due to his style of play. Same reason Yaya never was, or Vieira or Lampard or Iniesta or Roy Keane for that matter. He just doesnt have that certain type of speed and skill that is marketable like that. (Thats not to claim he'll never be as effective so dont confuse the two when I say that).

Every team is at risk every year when it comes to champs league, as we ourselves found out this year thanks to our muppet of a manager. But United will have 3 300K a week players on their books. No other team has one to my knowledge. So our risk is slightly more measured.

He isn't maketable on football ability its more the hair cuts off field stuff ie the Mario syndrome

Has he signed yet? For all the deal is done not a peep from the rags and juve or pogba and his agent! Talksport yesterday said done deal today they say riola having talks with juve to push the dewl through! I'm with ibh still think its a rag p.r exercise and the lure of madrid will be to much!

Think it's all agreed and just needs the medical and to be signed off, he is still technically on vacation. Probably wait a few more days before an announcement with tomorrow about Zlatan returning to Sweden.

If its all agreed then there should be an anouncement the earlier the anoucment the earlier the shirt sales will start! Somthink not quite right somthink or someone hooding this done deal up from an anoucment and that must worry u rags!

And yet it hardly seems to be getting mentioned, even on here.

We would be an absolute laughing stock and ripped to shreds by the media if we'd let someone go on a free then bought him back for £100m!
