Have I been asleep and missed the day he signed and it was announced officially or are we still going off "rag sports news" and the "rag tops?"
 
Marotta had a call with Sky Italia last night. He said no contact and no offer from United.

Pogba to United is not going to happen.

I'd guess it's because they're considered a rival who will be improved by the signing and it's a bit of a blow considering we were all over the transfer 12 months ago.
Your second line is correct.
Your third line makes no sense. Why would somebody sign up to rag cafe just because they might be signing somebody?
