Very clever ramping up the hype to the max. Just like when he tweeted 'no deal done lots of bla, bla, bla' days before Adidas rolled out their new ad campaign with the same slogan.
It looks like it's going to happen. But didn't Pogba sign a sponsorship deal with Adidas earlier in the year and don't Adidas also sponsor Real? Just saying that given their connection to both clubs and the player, Adidas can only gain by running this ad, regardless of where he ends up.

The great big fuck off United badge and lack of a Madrid one might be telling though. Doesn't look like a generic advertisement for any and all their clients.

Fair point. I hadn't watched the ad till just now. Even so, Adidas are in the business of drawing attention to their product and no publicity is bad publicity. If it went tits up, I doubt it would worry them that a few united fans ended up disappointed or that they had been made to look like dicks, especially if he ended up in Madrid.

He's United bound. Pretty much confirmed by this advert.

So he says dont believe the press (rags bound) blah blah blah and then it shows a pic of the rags badge with blah blah blah written all over it and you think it means he is nailed on for them?

Ok.

My thoughts exactly. It's great publicity for Adidas either way. It may be a kick in the bollox for the rags if he goes to Madrid, but the message in the ad is hardly saying 'he's going to the united'. They have to make their £750m back.

Real kits are also made by Adidas as well!

This has Madrid coming in last minute and bagging their man written all over it.
