The money isn't really important and it doesn't affect me or anyone else on this forum.

What the signing does affect is UTD's performance on the field and Pogba will be a class player for them. That's all I can see and their midfield will be infinitely better with him in there than the likes of Schneiderlin, Carrick, Fellaini, Herrera, etc.

Not sure you have a good understanding of the term infinite.

Also, his stats were comparable to Milner last season. He is simply not an answer.

Him or Sane, who'd you have?MOnly one answer for me. Same with him or Gundogan.

He's expensive as he's marketable.

I think in the right roles he'll be as important to them as Yaya was to us. If all players were free and lined up in the school yard he'd be among the first picked by any sensible person IMO.

Agree but there are ten other players in that side and his impact will be decided by those he is playing with IMO

Which seems to have been Uniteds key concern over the last couple of years, marketable...

PigFarmer, Ibrahimovic, De-pie, Pogba. Players who aren't that good, but send out a message of apparent relevance.

Agree. Theyll be interesting to see. Obviously I want them to start bad and only get worse. Like Chelsea last season.

All this hype Pogba is getting. He will be playing with only one or two decent players and the rest are just average IMO. He might be the best thing since slice bread, but he cannot carry the rest of the team.

I really am struggling to see a case of them qualifying for the CL again next year

It's going to be difficult to name who will finish in the CL positions next season,apart from us,obviously, :),it's difficult to name the other 3

I trust Pep if he thinks that Pogba is not the right man for us, but I also concede that if Mourinho thinks he is the right man then he most definitely is and what a player. I don't concur with the thinking that he is just potential with it all to prove, he is the nearest thing that I have seen to a younger Yaya and I would love him at city and hate the fact that the Rags are getting him. An interesting point for me would be the revision of the betting odds for the title after the confirmation of this signing, currently we are clear favourites and I expect that to close, by how much I am not sure.
