Yaya just strolls around for 90 minutes now......
No idea where this myth comes from, because it's complete bollocks. The money is irrelevant as its not coming out of our pockets. If it takes £120m to land Pogba fair play to them, they are willing to go an extra mile or two to get the player. While I don't think Pogba is as good as he is made out to be,he will probably almost cover his transfer fee in shirt sales alone.
Utd are after Matic as well according to Fox here in USA .....want to have him alongside Pogba in the middle .....35m bid for Matic imminent
Says they want him and Pogba in the middle...Pogba nearly done according to them....rags blowing everyone out of the water
Moanrinho isn't messing about. They're signing these top players and we haven't even been able to shift Bony!
Also we have Kolarov, Delph and Fernando. Should make you feel even better.I forgot we still have Wilf....feel less panicky now
I don't think it's RM getting a player with reputation above effectiveness. I think it's more that they can slot potentially great players in next to already great players and let them grow.I don't see him as anything like a £100m player, but the money in the PL means it's pretty hard to really question any price anymore. Not generally a fan of buying from Serie A, they rarely look anything like as good anywhere else, but Pogba isn't a usual Serie A player. He's a bit like old man Yaya, in the sense that he has good moments rather than good games, if he develops his game to be able to control a midfield like a younger Yaya then I could see him as being worth all the fuss, but it's a big gamble as I've not seen him do that. I'd be surprised if Real aren't all over him as he's very much a galactico type signing, more about his reputation than actual effectiveness at this point
Bit of an outlay if he breaks his leg in the September derby. Great talent, but sickening money.
