I simply can’t believe the number of people on here who think that he would be a good signing. He doesnt put enough effort in to say the least and I could never see him pressing opponents like Pep demands. His agent just wants to tout him round to get the maximum amount of money for them both. Who would he replace in our current squad and how on earth would he improve us????

I agree he doesn’t put enough effort in, at United. Nowhere fucking near enough. And I think after the boos he got in the Norwich game at the weekend, he walked off that pitch the other night pretending to be injured when there was nowt up with him and he did it on that stage on purpose and he’ll never play for the Rags again. Which just shows his character.

As for who he’d replace; he’d be Fernandinho’s replacement.

If he would take a ¾ slash of his United wages and be happy to play second fiddle to Rodri and ensure he put in 100% effort in training and in every game he plays with no fucking about like a teenager with ADHD, he’d be a good signing.

But I see no signs that he would do any of that stuff. Even though I’ve seen him have very good games for France, he’s too much of a **** to do it every day at training.
