That guy in London appeared to be the most ruthless and powerful gangster.
What was his name again? Oh yes, I've remembered now ... Winston Churchill.
Great series.
Haha true, the young Churchill had his fingers in every pie, coming to think of it he didn't change as he got older

Unbelievably good series...blew me away...better than Boardwalk Empire, Breaking Bad and any of the really good american dramas

Arthur Shelby is a f**king legend

Not going to argue with any of that. They really knocked it out of the park. They should be getting a fair few awards for this series I would think.

It's going to be a long wait for the third series. That was a great finale though. Some of the best TV the bbc has produced recently.

The only decent TV the bbc has produced.
Superb acting apart from Sam Neil sounding like Ian Paisley on magic mushrooms.

He took lessons too! As i said, they apparently dumbed the accents down a bit as they are selling it to Netflix. (Btw USA people, second series comes out this month on it)

Was Luther BBC? That's the only thing that comes close to this in recent memory. Line of Duty was good but you still need the fantasy element imho.
