Sky just about paying us lip service
I know Pelly isn't as big a name as the happy one but unless I've been unlucky coverage of our new manager is almost nil getting less coverage than Wigan's world class appointment and some rags on the fooking catwalk.
It shouldn't bother me cos if they did do a piece it'd be crap anyway but it does.

Tell you what, those interviews are normally terrible, but I think even the most ardent Mancini inners would have a hard time not being excited after it. Communicates better straight out of the gate, a huge plus. Big emphasis on attacking football, not settling for 1-0s, not setting up around counter attacking (like we know a few fans will be watching next season), proper consideration for the academy (though we still need to produce the players of required quality for him to use, easier said than done). I know they're obviously tailored to be positive but still, it's good to hear it from the horses mouth.
Feels like for the first time since the take over we have the right people top to bottom. Khaldoon, Ferran, Txiki, Pellegrini with Marwood and Vieira for the youth set up. May still take half a season of settling in but he's in early, we've got two of our main transfer targets here already with hopefully the couple extra on the way, all set for a full preseason. It's almost seeming, dare I say it, a professional operation.

Happy now it has been confirmed, although I know the structure of the club is going to be different (more European) but I must admit it felt to me that we were rather rudderless, onwards and upwards now
